The Role

You would be working with both new clients who have purchase, remortgage and protection needs as well as clients who have already been through their mortgage and protection journey with us.

We may be telephone based, but we don’t believe in scripts as we want everyone to have the ability to bond with their clients. That trusted relationship with our clients and treating them like our friends is everything to us. It’s one of the key reasons we receive so many referrals to our business.

The biggest asset to Key Solutions is our culture; it’s how we work with our clients and each other that underpins everything we do. We really care about everyone and always listen to everyone in the business about how we could do things differently or better.

Management support, training and development is provided to everyone and our advisers have their own ownership and accountability in their roles. There is no set way of doing things, as we said we have no scripts, so you can build a trusted relationship with your clients and give the right comprehensive advice in your own natural style.

Want to hear the best bit? You can choose your own salary. Salaries start from £25,000 depending on your personal needs, experience, and evidenced performance and you will also receive a bonus scheme at 35% of issued business above target.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. There is no weekend working as we believe quality of life and balance is incredibly important. There will be some office work required (1 or 2 days a week) but the rest of the time you will have the ability to choose whether you want to work from home or the office.

What you'll be able to offer

  • Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice CeMAP or Certificate in Mortgage Advice Cert CII (MP)
  • You’ll be a competent adviser within an existing mortgage and protection advice role for at least 12 months
  • You will have advised on whole of market mortgage and protection products
  • Expert knowledge of advised sales and mortgage compliance
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to develop and build strong relationships over the phone
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player
  • Accountability to yourself and others
  • High IT literacy skills
  • A really good joke
